“For I tell you that many prophets and kings desired to see what you see, but did not see it, and to hear what you hear, but did not hear it.” Luke 10:24

Dear Father God,

For so long, so many anticipated the coming of the Messiah, your anointed one. Thank You for revealing it to Your chosen ones and imprinting it on their hearts, a heart that You created, in Your image.

Thank You for how eagerly they anticipated it, joyfully wishing for it.

Thank You for loving us so much that You sent Your only Son, beloved; whoever believes in Him will live forever, with You and Him.

Thank You for the miracles that the people saw then, and the miracles that we see continuously today, in the name of Jesus, available for all to see, if they remove the shells from their eyes; available for all to hear, if they remove Satan from their hearts. Thank You, Lord Jesus, amen.
