Dear Lord Jesus,

Today I choose to follow You, serve You, carry my cross for You. Wherever You lead me, I will go.

I will serve You and not this world. Open my eyes, soften my heart, heal me so that I seek the glory that comes from the Father instead of human glory.

Heal my unbelief so that I walk in light and not in darkness. Strengthen me daily to walk in our light so that the evil one has no power over me.

Strengthen me daily so that I am not conformed to this world as a lover of satan and his ways. Open my eyes and continue to offer Your always outstretched hand. Remove my ego and pride, help me to realize when I am that one lost sheep. Remove my ego and pride so that I do not seek human glory. Remove my ego and pride so that I can truly serve others and that You are glorified through it. Bring me to people who need me and to people I need. Lord Jesus, I follow You. Amen.
