Dear Lord Jesus,

Thank You for modeling how to overcome evil with good, betrayal with kindness and pardon.

Grant in me a clean heart so that I can grow into Your likeness.

Grant in me meekness so that I will inherit the earth.

Allow me to see others as You see them, and grant that as I walk through the valley of evil, I will not fear, for Your rod and staff will comfort me.

Abide in me, grant that I radiate Your light; allow me to be a vessel of Your love.

Grant that I move forward quickly in my calling, trusting in You fully.

Make straight my path as I reach out my hand to You.

Grant that I am holy as You are holy, make me a channel of Your peace, now and forever, Amen.
