Dear Lord Jesus,

You are the light. The beginning and the end. The Alpha and the Omega. You are the light that guides us in the darkness so that our steps are true. You lead us beside still waters and restore our souls.

You are the light of peace that glows when our soul leaves our body and comes to You in Your full and glorious radiance.

You are the light for anyone that will open their eyes and follow where you lead.

Thank You for showing us Your mighty miracles and steadfast love. Thank You for the light of Your sacred heart that draws us all near.

Grant that I am effective today in drawing more people to Your light, the Light of the world.

Thank you for being my good shepherd, Jesus. Amen.
