“Stand therefore, and fasten the belt of truth around your waist, and put on the breastplate of righteousness.” Ephesians 6:14

Dear Father God, Creator of all,

Thank You for the truth of Your word, which never changes, though man often twists it, and is always twisted by the evil one.

Grant that my eyes, ears, and heart are always open to Your word, recognize it, accept it, and be obedient to it.

Grant that I walk in Your truth always and tell of Your wondrous deeds.

Thank You for giving us the opportunity to be righteous through the blood of Jesus. Thank You for the power in the name of Jesus, the name above all other names, before whom every knee shall bend and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Amen.
