“You have not strengthened the weak, you have not healed the sick, you have not bound up the injured, you have not brought back the strayed, you have not sought the lost, but with force and harshness you have ruled them.” Ezekiel 34:4
Dear Father God,
Woe to us broken sinners who only worry about ourselves, our status, and our stepping upon other people.
Repent! Grant that we repent. Allow us to release our ego and pride so that we can see others with the eyes of a Good Shepherd, Jesus.
Grant that we can begin to live with the heart of a Good Shepherd; undivided, only wanting to heal the flock.
Transform us, grow us into the likeness of the Good Shepherd, send us many sheep so that we may grow Your flock, all strengthened in the Lord Jesus, the Good Shepherd. Amen.
