Dear Lord Jesus,

Grant me the patient endurance and that I do not grow weary in the proclamation of Your name and the pursuit of Your sacred heart. You allowed Yourself to become man and experience our pain and suffering in the ultimate gift of love.

Grant that I am not lukewarm in my obedience to Your Word. Grant that I give thanks in all circumstances, acknowledge You in all things, and pray without ceasing. I know You work all things for good, for those who love You and all who are called according to Your purpose.

Grant me a heart of repentance, loosen my grip on my ego and pride. Strengthen my grip on Your rod and staff. Tighten the straps on my sandals as I drink from Your Spring of Divine Mercy and seek The Holy Spirit, as I walk through the valley of death extending Your hand to anyone who will grasp it.

Continue to gird me for battle and for obedient patient endurance. In Your Name always, the Lamb of God, Son of Man, Christ Jesus.
