Dear Lord,

Grant that I bear good fruit because of You in my heart and the words that I speak and the actions that I take.

Grant me a heart that is able to resist this evil generation.

Grant me a heart that is able to recognize all the signs You perform daily of Your presence and power and saving grace.

Grant me a heart to see others as You see them.

Grant me a heart that prays without ceasing, acknowledges You in all things, and gives thanks always.

Grant me a heart that is able to radiate You to others.

Grant me a heart that is obedient and trusting, unpolluted by the world.

Grant me a heart able to withstand the arrows of the devil and his cohorts.

Grant me a heart that celebrates the miracle of life and Your grand design.
