“For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation and brings no regret, but worldly grief produces death.” 2 Corinthians 7:10

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for how You speak to us and show us the error of our ways.

Thank You for the heart You gave us that is able to soften and repent.

Thank You for the love and grace of Your Son, Jesus, who knew no sin but became sin so that we may be reconciled to You.

Thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit to guide us here on earth and to lift our veils.

Lord Jesus, forgive our boastful hearts hardened and insular; forgive our preference for division rather than unity; forgive our lack of interest in Your Sacred Heart and the reconciliation that You provide for all, Lord Jesus, amen.
