Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for choosing me. Thank You for drawing me close to Jesus. Thank You for teaching, forming, shaping, molding me into the likeness of Jesus.

Grant that I sufficiently empty myself daily in order to be filled with Your Spirit. Overflow my cup with peace, love, joy, patience, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Give me eyes that see, ears that hear, a neck not stiff, a soul that obeys, and a will completely surrendered to You.

Grant that I am sufficiently equipped with Your Armor each and every day. Grant that the dark forces of this world live in fear of me and my family because we walk in the light of Jesus. Grant that we radiate the light of Christ brightly so that those who want to leave the darkness can come to us, and those You have not chosen fear us because of the light.

I trust Your will, Your plan, Your strength, Your children. Grant that we are effective in sharing all the good Jesus does for us. Grant that we are not lukewarm and fully utilize the talents You have given us and grow them multi-fold.
