“God's love was revealed among us in this way: God sent his only Son into the world so that we might live through him.” 1 John 4:9

Dear Father God,

Thank You for loving us so much. Thank You for Jesus, Your Only Son, our gift, our atoning sacrifice.

Grant that since You love us so much, we love one another. Grant that more allow Jesus to abide in them, casting out the evil one who loves hate and division, chaos over peace.

Thank You for how when Jesus abides in us, and we love one another, that Your love is perfected in us.

Grant me an undivided heart. Grant that I effectively don the armor daily, allowing Satan no foothold. Grant that I activate the Spirit that dwells in me.

In the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
