“And if the same person sins against you seven times a day, and turns back to you seven times and says, ‘I repent,’ you must forgive.” Luke 17:4

Dear Father God,

Thank You for creating me for a time such as this. Continue to grow me into the likeness of Your Son, Jesus, so that my heart, which You gave me, loves and forgives freely, holding no grudges, so that it may only love.

Grant me eyes to see others the way Jesus sees them; in need of a Savior and a shepherd; as lost sheep, as Satan seeks the ruin of souls.

Eradicate my ego and pride so that You may fill me with Your Spirit so that I can receive its fruits of love and patience.

Thank You for choosing me. Grant that I may daily don Your armor so that I may be useful to You here on earth. Continue to lead me to people that I need and to people who need me. In Jesus’ name, amen.
