“At the same time pray for us as well that God will open to us a door for the word, that we may declare the mystery of Christ, for which I am in prison,” Colossians 4:3

Dear Father God, Wonderful Creator of all,

We praise You and thank You for the refinement as You grow us into the likeness of Your Son, making us effective and suitable torch-bearers.

Thank You for Your perfect timing and continue to open the doors, and to close the doors, that will make straight our path; seeking first the kingdom.

Allow me to eliminate my ego and pride so that I may have a tongue and sandals to share the Good News, imbued with the Holy Spirit.

Lead me to people I need, and to people who need me. Grant that I trust in Jesus to break my chains and to lead me on the path of righteousness. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
