Dear Heavenly Father, in the name of Your Son Jesus, through the Holy Spirit,

Prepare my heart for Your dwelling place. Cast Your rays of light into my soul just as You created the sun to light the earth and the heavenly place.

Drench me in the springs of Your flowing waters of mercy and grace.

Grant that even though I live in the world, I am not of this world. Grant that I embrace focusing on things above, rising above the chaos, lies, and confusion spread by the evil one and his many dominions.

Grant that my sandals walk in the name of Jesus and that I confidently wear Your belt of the salvation and truth of Your gospel.

In the name of Jesus, break every chain, cast out every demon, heal every disease, protect us from all harm. Pour Your spirit through me today. Amen.
