“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, which you have from God, and that you are not your own?” 1 Corinthians 6:19

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for creating me in Your image and with a heart that is capable of great love, gratitude, faith, and hope.

Grant that I daily don Your armor to protect my heart as I know the evil one would prefer that I split my heart, reserving half for evil and malice.

Grant that I sufficiently empty myself daily so that You can fill me with Your Spirit as I long for its fruits of love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, kindness, and self-control.

Thank You for this superpower to thwart the enemy who wants nothing more than the destruction of my soul.

Thank You, Father, thank You, Holy Spirit, thank You, Lord Jesus, the way, the truth, and the life. Amen.
