Dear Lord Jesus,

Forgive my pride and lack of faith. Forgive my lack of appreciation for what You did for us upon that cross in spilling Your divine blood in order to give it to us in the bread of life for our salvation.

Thank You for all You do for me and my family. Thank You for Your mercy and grace. Thank You for Your always outstretched hand. Thank You for answered prayers and for always providing a path. Grant that reduce my grip of my ego and pride so that I can receive everything You send my way. Give me eyes that see, ears that hear, a neck not stiff, and a heart of flesh so that I can effectively serve others and do Your will.

Grant that I trust in You today. Grant that Satan has no power over me. Grant that I am not conformed to Satan's world but that I am transformed by the renewing of my mind to understand what is Your will and what is good, acceptable, and perfect.

In Your mighty name, Jesus. Amen.
