“For thus says the Lord God: I myself will search for my sheep, and will seek them out.”

Ezekiel 34:11

Dear Lord God,

I praise You and thank You for seeking the lost and then welcoming them home, qualifying the unqualified, and using their voices to speak of Your goodness.

You, Lord, are my shepherd, and as such, there is nothing I shall want. You lead me beside still waters and refresh my soul.

Walking in separation and evil is my former past; today I walk through the broken valleys, fearless, as You are with me; my cup overflows.

Thank You for the True Shepherd that guides us away from wolves, and Thank You for having the strong sheep help the weak in order to build them up in their trust and obedience to the True Shepherd.

I pray this in the name of the True Shepherd, Jesus the Christ, amen.
