“Serving the Lord with all humility and with tears.” Acts 20:19

Dear Lord,

Grant that I never harden my heart to the truth, blinded by ego and human wisdom.

Grant that I am not conformed to this world but transformed by the renewing of my mind, that I may understand Your will and what is good, acceptable, and perfect.

Fill me with Your Spirit and the self-discipline to gird myself daily with Your armor in order to withstand the wiles and arrows of the devil.

Grant me humility and meekness in Your graces and faith, trust, and hope during trials, never wavering, always steadfast in serving You.

Who will You send, Lord? Send me.
