Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the freedom and liberty that is found in doing Your will.

Thank You for not abandoning us when we turn from You, akin to eating the apple, when we are intoxicated with material things, celebrities, and other addictions of the evil one.

Thank You for Your Son, Jesus Christ, who breaks our chains and frees us from the slavery of sin.

Guide me through the desert; lead me to the promised land; lead me to people I need and to people who need me.

Heal my afflictions. Grant that I use my day to glorify You; in the name of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,
